Welcome to Merlin Housing Society

We are open from 8.30am - 5pm Monday to Friday and on Mondays you can also call your housing office until 6pm. You can contact us on 0300 123 2222 to report any repair or tenancy issue including domestic violence, or report anti-social behaviour in our neighbourhoods or on our estates.

Calls outside our opening hours will be picked up by our out-of-hours service. Whilst we won't be able to respond straight away unless it's an emergency, you'll still be able to get advice and your enquiry will be passed to us the next working day.

Want to know what affordable houses mean to those who live in our homes? Watch our short film featuring two customers as they go about their daily lives.

Roadworks in Kingswood High Street

The road is closed to vehicles travelling from the ring road (A4174) towards Kingswood due to work to the water mains, except for access, so you should still be able to get to the office, although you will have to drive past the road closed sign.
