Wish you were here? £1,000 towards dream holiday on offer for one lucky Merlin resident

01 Apr 2010

Wish you were here postcardIt could be a summer of sun sand and sea for one lucky Merlin resident and their family or friends, after the Housing Society launched a £1,000 Dream Holiday prize draw.

Merlin – which owns more than 8,000 properties South Gloucestershire – is offering the prize for completion of its customer details and customer satisfaction surveys. Flyers promoting the draw were sent to residents with their quarterly magazine Merlin Matters.

The surveys themselves will be sent out in the next couple of weeks and will let Merlin check that the details it has for its residents are right, and that they are happy with the service being delivered.

“The last survey we ran showed that 82% of our residents are satisfied with us as their landlord – well above average for other housing associations,” said Jack Bailey, Head of Housing Services.

“We want to make sure that we’re still doing as good a job and offering the holiday prize is our way of saying thank you to residents for taking the time to give us their opinion.

“We know they are busy but the information they give us helps us improve and make sure they are at the heart of all that we do”

The competition is open to all resident who return their surveys by the competition closing date of May 14th. A computer will select one survey at random and the lead tenant named on the form will receive the prize.
