Our Board
Merlin Housing Society is run by a Board of 15 unpaid non-executive directors, five of who are residents, including our current chairman Les Good; five are South Gloucestershire councillors and the remaining five are independent members with specialist knowledge, skills and experience. Generally members are elected for a three-year term.
The Board is supported by a management team consisting of the chief executive and four executive directors. The Board meets four times a year.
We hold an annual general meeting for all our shareholders every year when the results of the Board elections are formally announced.
There are four Board committees which help run the organisation. These are:

- Housing and Support
