Council Board Member Pat Rooney is a councillor for Woodstock Ward in Kingswood. She is in full time employment for the Ministry of Defence.
She has dealt with many social housing problems within her council work and believes strongly that the tenants' voice must be heard and that our objective is to enhance and improve the quality of services provided for tenants.
