Ian is currently a housing consultant. Formerly, he was Director of Housing Operations for Raglan Housing Association based in Dorset with departmental responsibility for 300 staff delivering a wide range of customer services – housing management, maintenance and technical services, supported housing, resident involvement, call centre and service improvements. He has been in housing for over 36 years and was vice chair of Keniston Housing Association for 7 years.
