Chair of the Board, Les Good, is a tenant who lives in Kingswood. He is a retired publican and bus driver, and has been a tenant of Merlin Housing Society and its predecessors since 1982.
He was Secretary of Kingswood Tenant and Leaseholder Area Panel from its inception, Chair of the Tenant and Leaseholder Forum for five years and secretary for two years. He also chaired a local sub-regional Network of Tenants, and was Vice Chair of the Forum of Regional Tenants South West, the regional tenant body, until becoming a Board member at Merlin. For the past nine years he has worked with the Audit Commission as a Tenant Inspection Advisor, on housing service provider inspections.
