When residents were balloted about the potential transfer of homes from South Gloucestershire Council to Merlin, we made a number of promises about what they could expect to happen if we took over.
In total we made 137 promises on a range of subjects such as making sure all homes meet the Government's Decent Homes Standard by 2010, and allowing residents to become stakeholders. Click on the links below to see our progress towards meeting the promises in each of these areas.
