Our head office is in Chipping Sodbury, which is also our Yate Housing Office. We have two other housing offices in Kingswood and Patchway. See the map at the bottom of the page for the areas covered by our three housing offices.

You can contact us by phone, email, letter, or by visiting any of our offices during our opening hours. Monday to Friday, 8.30am – 5pm. You can also call your area housing office up till 6.30pm on a Monday. Please note we record phone calls for training purposes and to check we're providing you with an excellent level level of service.

Repairs

Use our 24-hour freephone repairs line, 0800 953 0340. Please note calls to 0800 numbers are not free on mobiles, so you may find it cheaper to call our local number 01454 821231.

Out-of-hours calls

You can report any tenancy issue including, anti-social behaviour, domestic violence or hate crimes outside of our normal office hours, by calling us on 0800 953 0340. Our trained representatives will take your details and pass them onto the relevant officer on the next working day. The officer will then contact you to discuss the issue.

If you feel you are at risk you should dial 999 rather than our out-of-hours service.
