If you have an emergency repair, you should call our freephone repairs number 0800 953 0340. If you are calling from a mobile you may find it cheaper to use our local rate number, 01454 821231.

Before contacting us, have a look in your Repairs section in your Tenants Handbook and check what information we will need to deal with your repair and confirm that we are responsible for fixing it. You can download a copy of the handbook from the link in the right hand column.

We will only hold your details for the purpose of this enquiry and will not pass on any personal information to third parties or other organisations without your express consent.

Servicing your gas appliance

If you have a gas heating appliance that you don’t think has  been serviced or checked within the last 12 months, or you’d like to re-arrange a gas servicing appointment that we’ve sent you, please contact us. You can find out more about gas servicing here.
