Senior Customer Service Advisor, £25,555 pa
Based at our offices in Yate, you will manage a team of Customer Service Advisors providing access to the full range of Housing Services to tenants, other service users and potential applicants, ensuring a professional and responsive customer orientated service. You will be expected to manage, develop, motivate and monitor performance of the customer services team and achieve continuous improvement in customer service standards. You will have experience of working in a customer focused environment, be able to manage and motivate staff, experience of using IT systems and excellent communication, interpersonal, organisational and negotiation skills.
