Community action groups

We support five community action groups who work to improve their local communities. Each group has a budget to spend on environmental improvements and community projects every year.

King's Forest Community Group

For residents in Kingswood, Cadbury Heath, Oldland Common, North Common, Soundwell, Siston, Bitton, Hanham and Warmley

Frome Valley Community Action Group

For residents in Yate, Chipping Sodbury, Frampton Cotterell, Coalpit Heath, Wickwar, Charfield, Cromhall, Hawkesbury Upton, Badminton, Westerleigh, Dodington, Codrington, Tormarton and Acton Turville

Filton Community Action Group

For residents in Filton, Little Stoke, Stoke Gifford, Little Stoke, Hallen, Easter Compton, Over, Pilning, Tockington, Olveston, Aust, Oldbury, Falfield and Severn Beach

Severn View Community Action Group

For residents in Patchway, Thornbury, Alveston, Rudgeway, Old Down and Almondsbury

One Voice Community Action Group (this group is currently suspended)

For residents in Staple Hill, Downend, Doynton, Hinton, Mangotsfield, Marshfield, Pucklechurch, Frenchay and Wick.
