Community action groups

We support five community action groups who work to improve their local communities. Each group has a budget to spend on environmental improvements and community projects every year.

Details of the area each group serves are below, along with the dates of each group’s next meeting.

Kings Forest Community Action Group
For residents in Kingswood, Cadbury Heath, North Common, Bitton, Hanham and Warmley

Frome Valley Community Action Group
For residents in Yate, Chipping Sodbury, Frampton Cotterell, Coalpit Heath, Wickwar,

Filton Community Action Group
For residents in Filton, Little Stoke, Frenchay, Stoke Gifford, Little Stoke, and Severn Beach

Severn View Community Action Group
For residents in Patchway, Thornbury, Alveston, Rudgeway and Almondsbury

One Voice Community Action Group
For residents in Staple Hill, Downend, Doynton, Hinton, Mangotsfield, Marshfield, Pucklechurch and Wick.
