Feedback forms - a chance to express your views after you have received a service, for example, if you have just moved in or had a repair completed.

Residents Making a Difference

Residents who attended the Residents Forum helped draft satisfaction feedback forms for Merlin’s Repairs, Lettings and Anti-social Behaviour Teams. The forms have already helped gather feedback about services, and will help focus on areas for improvement.
