The Sheltered Experience
The Sheltered Experience is our group of involved residents from supported housing schemes.
The group is made up of residents from all of our sheltered schemes and aims to give them a strong voice and a place to air their views.
The Sheltered Experience meets six times a year. Details of its meetings are publicised at all our schemes. The group discusses a range of subjects of importance to older people, including the Merlin Older Persons Service, our policies and service standards.
All Sheltered Experience representatives are responsible for reporting back to their schemes on matters discussed at meetings.
