As one of our residents you have certain rights and responsibilities. By using the menu on the right hand side, you can learn more about your tenancy, whether you are a general needs resident on an assured or assured shorthold (starter) tenancy or, if you were a tenant with South Gloucestershire Council at the time of the transfer, an enhanced tenancy. 

You can also find out more about our supported housing schemes.

There is also information about the different ways you can pay your rent including paying it online. Remember if you have any problems paying your rent you should contact your housing office and we may be able to come to an agreement.
