Anti-social behaviour
We want to create communities where people are happy to live. While most of us get on well with our neighbours, sometimes problems occur. We know that anti-social behaviour (ASB) can ruin lives and we are committed to identifying and tackling problems at the earliest opportunity to stop them becoming more serious.
We take all reports of ASB, harassment/hate crime and domestic violence very seriously and work closely with other agencies to tackle it. The key to tackling ASB is to support victims and to work with them to gather accurate and detailed evidence.
When we receive a report of anti-social behaviour we will investigate and take appropriate action in cases where at least one of the parties involved is one of our residents, a member of a resident’s family or visiting a resident. In the majority of cases, instances of ASB can be resolved without taking legal action.
Any information that you give to us about anti-social behaviour incidents will be treated in confidence. We will not discuss it with anyone else, unless those involved have agreed to it. If think you are suffering from ASB, you should contact your area housing office or report it using the form below.
You can also report ASB, domestic abuse and hate crimes outside of normal office hours by calling our out-of-hours number 0800 953 0340. Staff will record your details and pass them on to one of our officers on the next working day.
