Find out what work is planned for your home

Our entire programme of works is available online. Simply type in your house or flat number and postcode (without spaces) and press search. Click the magnifying glass icon View work to find out what work is being done and when.

And if you live in a sheltered scheme or a block of flats you can click the link to find out when the external parts of the communal areas will be decorated.

If your result says that the work is on hold and you'd like to speak to someone about it, call your housing office and ask to speak to a member of our Asset Management Team about the improvement work to your home.

If you have gas, you’ll receive an annual heating appliance check from us. If you have a gas heating appliance that you don’t think has  been serviced or checked within the last 12 months, or you’d like to re-arrange a gas servicing appointment that we’ve sent you, please contact us. You can find out more about gas servicing here.
