If your result says that the work is on hold and you'd like to speak to someone about it, call your housing office and ask to speak to a member of our Asset Management Team about the improvement work to your home.
If you have gas, you’ll receive an annual heating appliance check from us. If you have a gas heating appliance that you don’t think has been serviced or checked within the last 12 months, or you’d like to re-arrange a gas servicing appointment that we’ve sent you, please contact us.
