What the work involves

Here you can find more detail about the different bits of work that we are doing under our Decent Homes programme. If you are having any of this work done, there may be information here that helps you.

Every resident whose home is in our Decent Homes Programme has a dedicated resident liaison officer who they meet six or so weeks before the work is due to start.

The resident liaison officer will be able to discuss the work in much more detail with you, including how we can help you with the preparations.
