Newleaze House, Filton

New homes at Roycroft Road

In 2010 we began a review of all of our supported housing schemes. This report concluded that three schemes were no longer suitable as supported housing schemes and should be considered for redevelopment. Newleaze House in Filton was the first of these schemes to be redeveloped.

We replaced an existing block of 37 bedsit properties with 16 affordable rent units, a mix of flats and houses.
