The site has great views of the surrounding countryside and is within easy walking distance of the high street with shops, cafes and pubs, and St Mary's C of E Primary School.
The homes are a mixture of 1 and 2 bedroom flats, and 2, 3 and 4 bedroom houses. We'll be making 14 of the homes available to buy through our shared ownership scheme.

The two-bedroom semi-detached home is on the Park Farm development in Thornbury and boasts two double bedrooms, an open plan kitchen/ dining room / lounge and benefits from double glazing throughout. It’s available for a 40% share for £92,000.
It’s one of four shared ownership homes we currently have available on the site on the outskirts of the market town. The homes are part of a larger development and in total we’re taking on 44 of the 127 homes being built in the first phase of the joint Barratt Homes and David Wilson Homes Park Farm development. We’re making eight of the homes available through shared ownership, while the rest will be available to rent through South Gloucestershire Council’s Homechoice system. The homes are being built in phases, but are all scheduled to be completed by summer 2017.
So far this financial year we’ve completed 56 homes, and are aiming to increase this to 130 by the end of March. It’s a big increase from the 79 homes we built last year and part of our growing ambition to expand our housebuilding programme to 300 a year by 2019.
