We're developing 56 new homes in Berkeley in partnership with Persimmon Homes and will be selling 28 of them through our shared ownership scheme. The first eight homes will be available in December 2018.

If you're interested in one of these new homes, then there are a couple of steps you can take now before the homes become available to help speed up your application.

All of our potential buyers need to be registered with Help to Buy South, but you can register now before the homes go on sale at https://www.helptobuysouth.co.uk/

You will also need to carry out an affordability assessment with TMP Mortgages. Please visit www.tmpmortgages.co.uk to complete this.

Once the homes go on sale all you need to do is send us your reference numbers from Help To Buy South and TMP Mortgages, by emailing sales@merlinhs.co.uk and the details of which property you wish to apply for.
