The six homes are part of 74 new affordable homes that we’re taking on at Charlton Hayes as part of deals with Linden Homes and Barratt Homes. The homes are being built in phases, with the final homes due for completion in 2020.

“We’re expecting a lot of interest in these six homes, as they’re in a great location, close to the countryside, the motorway network and all of the shops and leisure facilities at Cribbs Causeway. They’ve got good public transport links and a good choice of local schools,” said Amanda Robbins, Incomes and Lettings Team Leader.

“Four of the homes are our first four bedroom properties that we have developed and are perfect for larger families of up to six people.”

This year we’re aiming to build 130 new homes, increasing to 300 by 2019.
