All of our offices are now closed and following the Government’s announcement on 23 March. In orde to protect our customers and colleagues, we will only be carrying out emergency and any immediately dangerous repairs to customers’ homes, prioritising our most vulnerable customers, until further notice. However, we would still like you to report any non-urgent repairs in your home as we aim to return to a full service and be able to offer confirmed appointments as soon as possible. So please submit any current repairs requests and we will keep you posted as to when we do return to a full service. We continue to support our customers by phone, email and online services.
We are having to manage significant demand so it is possible you may experience a delay in us responding to your call – but please be patient and we will answer as soon as we possibly can. Please consider avoiding calling during peak periods, first thing in the morning or over the lunch period. There are many services you can use online, such as paying your rent or checking your latest rent statement.
You can report an emergency or immediately dangerous repair by calling us on 0300 123 2222. Any non-emergency repairs will be suspended for the time being.
