You can access a number of our services online, or contact us by phone, email, letter or in person at our office in Chipping Sodbury which is open from 8.30am and 5pm, Monday to Friday. We receive a very high number of telephone calls on Mondays, so if your call isn't urgent, we'd suggest you consider contacting us outside of this time, or using one of the forms on this site to contact us instead.

Out-of-hours and emergency calls
You can report any tenancy issue or repairs at any time of day by calling us on 0300 123 2222. If you are calling outside of our normal office hours, we will only respond to emergency repairs. For all other inquiries our trained representatives will take your details and pass them onto the relevant officer on the next working day. The officer will then contact you to discuss the issue. If you feel you are at risk you should dial 999 rather than our out-of-hours service.
