Nineteen of the homes have been completed to date, with the remaining homes due to be ready in 2018.

Applications are open for our latest shared ownership properties, the first we have developed in the historic city of Bath.
We’re offering two two bedroom end of terrace homes at the new Ensleigh development on the outskirts of the city. The properties are being sold for a 40% share at £126,000.
Sales and Homeownership Officer Samantha Dore said: “We’ve recently sold shared ownership homes in Bristol and South Gloucestershire but these are the first we’ll be offering in Bath and North East Somerset. Although it’s just the two homes at the moment, there are another four shared ownership homes that we’re building at Ensleigh that we’ll be making available in the near future.
“Shared ownership offers a great route for people to get on the housing ladder, especially in cities like Bath where majority of the homes on the market are out of the reach of many first-time buyers. We’ve had huge interest in our other shared ownership homes and expect these to sell fast as well.”
The properties are two of 24 new homes we’re building on the site in partnership with Bloor Homes and Linden Homes. They are part of a wider development of 250 new homes, plus a new primary school, older people’s home and shop being built on the former Ministry of Defence site.
More details about all of the individual properties, including how to apply for them are available on our sales page, www.merlinhs.co.uk/sales. Applications for the properties close on Friday 26 August.
