New Wellbeing College courses are beginning this week to help you reduce anxiety and increase your wellbeing.
The three week Dealing with Anxiety course, which is being run in partnership with Smokefree South Gloucestershire will examine how to manage symptoms of anxiety and practice exercises that can help cope and deal with it. After completing the course, learners will be able to understand what causes them to become anxious and how they can manage and reduce it.
The first session takes place on Thursday 8 November from 1pm – 3pm at The Park Centre in Kingswood and runs for the following two Thursdays. Find out more about this course and book your place now.
Also starting this week is a Wellbeing and Confidence Moving Forward course, running for six weeks from 7 November at Kingsmeadow @ Made Forever. And there’s more to come with details of a new Creative Writing course just announced, starting in the new year.
These sessions are among the latest being run by Wellbeing College partners across South Gloucestershire. All activities are open to all South Gloucestershire residents.
