Since June we've been carrying out surveys with new tenants around six weeks after they’ve moved in. And the results for the first quarter are overwhelmingly positive, with scores of 80% and above in all categories.
Income Management and Lettings Team Leader Rose King said: “100% overall satisfaction is a fantastic result for us and we'd like to thank everyone who have been involved in this accomplishment. If we get things right for a customer before, during and just after they move in then hopefully they will enjoy a long and successful tenancy with us, which will have a positive impact on our overall customer satisfaction scores.”
