Your tenancy agreement is a legal contract. It explains your rights and responsibilities as a tenant, and our rights and responsibilities as your landlord. You risk losing your home if you, or any household member or visitors to your home break the terms of your tenancy.
Basically your tenancy agreement states that you have to pay your rent on time, don’t cause a nuisance to your neighbours, and look after the property you live in, for instance, not neglecting or damaging it.
